Early November 2008
Hey everyone. Sorry I've been slackin' on the posts all summer. What can I say? I've had a fun summer and haven't had a lot of time to think about snowboarding. Hopefully everyone else has been doing the same.
Here we are, it's almost September already and Timberline will start selling the 2009/2010 season passes here real soon. On September 7th the lifts will close down for 3 weeks for lift maintenance. If the snowpack holds up they will open for fall riding starting the beginning of October. So in a little more than a month we could all be riding again. WOW!!!
Last year, Timberline did a great job of making sure we had a small jib line set up so I would assume they do the same this year. Again, as long as there is snow. From what I've heard they plan to keep progressing in regards to their parks and I can definitely say, they have a lot to live up to after the sickness of last seasons parks.
Please feel free to chime in and let me know what you guys want to see in the parks this year. I will be in touch with Brian Reed, from Timberline, and I would love to give him some input from everyone.
