What's My Mutha$#%*ing Name?

Timberline's Parks need a name. Mammoth has the "Unbound" parks which are known world wide by name and by reputation. Timberline already has the name of the lift (Stormin' Normin) as well as the names for the individual parks (Glade, Conway's, Paintbrush) but no name for all of them to fall under. Try to make it specific to Mt Hood and more importantly, Timberline. Throw me some ideas here in the comments and who knows...maybe you will have a part in naming the Timberline Parks.

If we get enough suggestions, we will have a poll to pick the most popular name.

  1. Kohnstamm Parks - Richard Kohnstamm - "The man who saved Timberline" - not the coolest sounding name but it honor's Timberline's history.

Illumination Parks - after the rock that is so visible from almost anywhere at the resort.

Wy'east Parks - native name for Mt Hood.

  5. What about something simple like, THE PARKS? Or, TIMBERLINE PARKS? To vague?

  7. ''The Hood'' just sounds to ghetto I think. We don't want people to think it's like they are coming to Killingsworth and MLK. HAHAHA

(No offense to anyone that lives there haha)

  8. Mt Hoods playground! it's simple, easy and not offensive or decieving

  9. I like the playground idea. But Mt Hoods Playground leaves it open to to much. Meadows could be considered Mt Hoods Playground by some people.

    ''Timberline's Stomping Grounds''?

    Or just ''Stomping Grounds''?

  13. "The Glade" is already the name of the super small park. "Pucci Playground" wouldn't work because there are no parks on Pucci. Not sure what "Trial 661" is. We need a name that covers all of the parks. "Conway's, Paintbrush, and Glade". So far, here's whats been suggested;

    Illumination Parks
    Wy'East Parks
    The Parks
    Timberline Parks
    Stomping Grounds
    Timberline Stomping Grounds
    Timberline Playground
    Elevated Parks

    Keep em coming!

  14. Valhalla*
    Lift Six*
Devil's Tomb (a movie, just for kicks?)
    Area 51 (in Nevada)
    Gulliver's Gully
    Action Zone
    Hallowed Sector
    Momma's Kitchen

I personally don't like anything with playground in it for lack of badass"ness". Valhalla is "a norse mythylogical hell", and Lift Six would be a new reference to "some new lift" but is spelled out to refer to elevation or "catching air" in the parks.
